Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on fifteen August, 1994 in USA. Ashley isn't very vocal about her grandparents, however her grandmother who was an infamous bodybuilder back in the 30s and 20s is credited with inspiring her love of fitness. Ashley began swimming when she was just of four, and she has maintained the sport for more than 10 years. There were many competitions she participated in but wasn't as dedicated as she wasn't ready to go on an incredibly strict diet to ensure that her body could give its maximum. At the age of 16 her popularity grew due to the way she looked and her body. It isn't clear if she have dated anybody during this time. Ashley chose to concentrate her efforts to become a fitness instructor and modeling model after graduating. Ashley was just 15 when she realized that she was not happy with how her body appeared. Her father suggested she go to the gym. However, she heeded the advice of her grandfather to start slow. She didn't realize that she'd go on to spend 9 years working on her physique, and gradually becoming an fitness icon. Ashley, motivated by her success in the 2013 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships placed seventh. After this loss, she was motivated by the defeat. she continued her training. Ashley participated in her first WBFF World Championships 2015 and finished fifth. After the event over, Ashley opted to not pursue competing. When she participated in the competition, she received invitations to do photoshoots. They didn't cross-contaminate her professional life and decided against it. However, now that she has quit competing Ashley has made the decision to be a fitness model. Her cover was published in a well-known fitness publication, which started her fitness modeling career. She signed with an agency immediately following. Since then she's a well-known model who has been a part of numerous bikini labels and world-renowned clothing brands.
